Browser Clean URL Issues

The system caches have been cleared. If you see "index.php" in the url, this is caused by your browser caching an old link. The system is configured to forward all non file requests to index.php, which normally operates behind the scenes. A stale http url call may be interpreted as as a security risk and is thus forwarded to index.php for proper handling. Once the browser cache is cleared, clean URLs will function as intended.
